About
the author
Christina Romeril spent time in the Canadian Armed Forces before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Later, as a single parent, she went back to school to earn her Business Administration Diploma with an emphasis on accounting at Lethbridge Community College. That led to an exciting banking career before she finally turned to writing. Okay, the part about banking being exciting may be a slight exaggeration with a hint of sarcasm.
She was finally able to achieve her childhood dream of becoming an author when her first manuscript was published and became a best seller. While she considered writing literary fiction, and romance early on, it was the twists and turns of a good mystery that won her heart—at least for now.
Her goal in writing is serving up deadly fun, because every homicide deserves a happy ending.
Christina is living her own happy ending with her husband in a quaint village in Southern Alberta with her two Chihuahua’s, Nacho and Paco. Her village, and her husband’s stories of his over thirty years in jail (in an administrative job) give her endless ideas for her stories. She plans to continue writing novels until she’s six-feet-under, or her mind goes (some would say the latter has already happened).
